Block Management is a specialist service for multi-occupational residential property.  At Caxtons, our core service is based on guidelines produced by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Residential Managing Agents and these are incorporated in our management agreement. However, if a more bespoke service is required we can tailor our approach to the client's particular requirements, providing precisely what is needed.  We can manage small or large blocks and also external common areas.

We will plan ahead on behalf of client companies by maintaining and investing funds for future expenditure.  We also ensure that accounts are accurately kept and fully recorded and we will deal with day-to-day matters in a prompt, responsible and proactive manner.  If required, we can run Management Companies and take on the role of Company Secretary.

We are dedicated to providing best practice on this sensitive management service, and we can offer professional advice on lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement.

To ease budgeting and financial issues our fees are often on a fixed rate basis thus enabling clients to plan for the future.
