Our staff train with professional property organisations including the RICS, ARLA, ARMA, NFPP, CIPD; and everyone is required to abide by the various Codes of Practice and Byelaws of these trade bodies.

As well as recruiting graduates in various surveying fields during 2010 and 2011, Caxtons was the proud receiver of an EBP Outstanding Employer Contribution Award for its work with local work experience students.

Long service and loyalty is something we take very seriously and, with that in mind, recently introduced a Long Service Award to reward and thank staff for their loyalty.
