Case History

Our client, a plant hire company, sought to raise almost three quarters of a million pounds in short and long term loans in order to relocate part of their operation and acquire a 1.5 acre freehold site. They wanted to raise funds from a new bank but had no wish to move their day to day banking. Although well experienced in running their own business, the client had little experience in this sort of funding. His sector and business model, which is heavily dependent on capital expenditure, made this a more challenging proposal. The client wanted the reassurance that they were getting the best deal available in the market.

This was presented to a range of banks and resulted in three competitive offers for their business, all of which met the clients objectives and ultimately enabled them to achieve the most economical terms by generating a competitive market for their business.
