Caxtons takes its Corporate and Social Responsibility extremely seriously. We work to exacting self-imposed ethical standards and those required by the professional trade bodies to which we belong, including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Association of Residential Managing Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. At all times we actively comply with the spirit of the law, and self-regulation within the property industry. We seek to encourage and embrace a positive impact on all stakeholders including our clients, tenants, employees, the environment and local communities. Shown below are just a few examples of the projects we have played an important part in over the past 12 months.
