The site is rectangular in shape measuring approximately 4.10 acres (1.66 hectares). The land is a former agricultural field. It has access from Lenham Road by a narrow trackway flanked by brick walls at the entrance with gates set back from the road. The access track has been divided from the remainder of the field by post and rail fencing. The land slopes up from the road and at the head of the access track there is a stable block and hard standing area which is partly obscured from the road by trees. There is mature hedgerow including trees along the road frontage and hedges and trees on the remaining three boundaries.
