The building comprises of a detached two and three storey office building. The original three storey element, which also has a basement, fronts on the A20 London Road and is the property's principal aspect. This part is understood to have been constructed in the mid18th century, circa 1750. The more modern two storey element to the north and rear is believed to have been built at some point in the 1960's/1970's. The office building is situated centrally on the site with the building line approximately 10m from the back edge of the public foot path to London Road. The area around the buildings has been laid with tarmacadam and provides on-site car parking with space for approximately 50 cars.
