Emergency Contacts

Our opening times are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you have an emergency outside of these hours, please refer to your moving in paperwork.

If you experience a gas leak, please call Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. If there is an electrical fault affecting others in the area call UK Power Network on 0800 31 63 105.

For anything else please call our out of hours emergency help line on 01622 631014 or 07974 512087 where they will determine if it is an emergency. This service is not available to our commercial property tenants. Please note that if you call the emergency line and a contractor arrives and it is something that you have caused or it is not deemed an emergency you may be liable for the call out charge.
