We undertake thorough pre-agreement enquiries – including full background and credit checks – to confirm that tenants are in a position to afford the properties owned by our clients. We draw up tenancy agreements and inventories that will be agreed and signed by tenants.

Where we are contracted for full property management service, we will organise necessary inspections and, should any repairs or maintenance be needed, we will obtain quotes for our clients to approve prior to having the work carried out.
